JVA Kisakatu 15 uudiskerrostalo

JVA:n uudiskohde Harjun Kisarinne on vuokra-asumisen toivepaikka Nisulassa. Kohteessa on 30 hyvin varusteltua vuokrakotia, rakennus on suunniteltu mukautumaan ympäröivään vanhempaan rakennuskantaan. Urakka sisälsi myös koko korttelialueen piha-alueiden uudistamisen.

Kisakadulla, asutussa ympäristössä toteutettu asuinkerrostalo ja sen ohella tehty korttelipihan korjaus oli täydennys rakennushanke, joka vaati työnjohdolta aktiivista otetta mm. tiedottamisessa ja turvallisuussuunnittelussa. P2V onnistui näissä hyvin.
